Beloved, we really can speak in prayer to the mountain of sickness as believers in Christ.
Mark 11:23 AMP tells us…
“I assure you and most solemnly say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea!’ and does not doubt in his heart [in God’s unlimited power], but believes that what he says is going to take place, it will be done for him [in accordance with God’s will]. [Matt 17:20; Luke 17:6; 1 John 5:14]”
When we speak to the mountain of sickness, we must know what God’s Word says and speak from that knowledge in faith, without doubt in our heart.
We trust in God’s unlimited power to heal
WE MUST KNOW THAT GOD WILLS TO HEAL
God is not the author of sickness. Jesus revealed the Father’s heart and ministered healing to the sick.
Matthew 8:2-3 AMP tells us of how Jesus healed a leper.
“And a leper came up to Him and bowed down before Him, saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You are able to make me clean (well).” [Mark 1:40-44; Luke 5:12-14] Jesus reached out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.”
WE MUST KNOW THAT GOD’S WILL IS GOD’S WORD
God’s Word reveals His will.
1 Peter 2:24 AMP tells us…
“He personally carried our sins in His body on the cross [willingly offering Himself on it, as on an altar of sacrifice], so that we might die to sin [becoming immune from the penalty and power of sin] and live for righteousness; for by His wounds you [who believe] have been healed.”
Isaiah 53:5 AMP
“But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was crushed for our wickedness [our sin, our injustice, our wrongdoing]; The punishment [required] for our well-being fell on Him, And by His stripes (wounds) we are healed.”
Also, Galatians 3:13 AMP tells us…
“Christ purchased our freedom and redeemed us from the curse of the Law and its condemnation by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “CURSED IS EVERYONE WHO HANGS [crucified] ON A TREE (cross)”— [Deut 21:23]”
We do not have to wonder what God has said about your healing.
We are to find His promise and stand on His Word.
WE MUST KNOW THAT JESUS BORE SICKNESS AND DISEASE
Jesus carried our sicknesses and diseases.
Matthew 8:16-17 AMP tells us more stories of healing by Jesus Christ…
“When evening came, they brought to Him many who were under the power of demons; and He cast out the evil spirits with a word, and restored to health ALL who were sick [exhibiting His authority as Messiah], so that He fulfilled what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah: “HE HIMSELF TOOK OUR INFIRMITIES [upon Himself] AND CARRIED AWAY OUR DISEASES.” [Is 53:4]”
He paid the price for our redemption and our healing.
WE MUST KNOW THAT GOD SENT HIS WORD TO HEAL
Psalms 107:20 AMP
“He sent His word and healed them, And rescued them from their destruction. [2 Kin 20:4, 5; Matt 8:8]”
His Word is our foundation for our healing.
Faith comes by hearing the Word of God.
Romans 10:17 AMP tells us…
“So faith comes from hearing [what is told], and what is heard comes by the [preaching of the] message concerning Christ.”
WE MUST KNOW OUR AUTHORITY IN JESUS’ NAME
Luke 10:19 KJV
“Behold, I give unto you power… over all the power of the enemy.”
As a believer, you can pray and minister healing in the name of Jesus, according to His Word.
Mark 16:17-18 AMP
“These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up serpents, and if they drink anything deadly, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will get well.””
OUR FAITH MUST SPEAKS TO THE MOUNTAIN
We do not magnify the sickness—
We magnify God and His Word.
Instead of continually speaking about the mountain, speak to the mountain in faith to move:
“Sickness, I command you to leave my body in the name of Jesus!”
“Disease, you have no authority over me!”
“By the stripes of Jesus, I was healed!”
“I believe the Word of God!”
“I stand on God’s promises!”
FAITH HEARS.
FAITH BELIEVES.
FAITH SPEAKS.
FAITH ACTS.
FAITH RECEIVES.
Mark 11:22-23 AMP

WE MUST SPEAK TO THE MOUNTAIN.
DON’T LET THE MOUNTAIN SPEAK TO YOU.
WE MUST SPEAK GOD’S WORD IN FAITH!
