Most of us Christians are unaware of the victory that Jesus Christ won and made available to us from His finished work on the cross at Calvary and the power of His resurrection.
Jesus declared in 1 John 3:8 that…He came to the world to destroy the works of the devil. And in John 30:18, right before he died, Jesus cried out “It is finished.” The work to overcome the enemy of our souls was finished.
Beloved, glory to God in the highest, we have victory through the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross at Calvary and the power of resurrection. Therefore, whenever we are in any battle, we are operating from a position victory over Satan and His cohorts.
1 Corinthians 15: 57-58 states “Thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Stand firm. Let nothing move you. A/ways give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”
LET US PRAY
Lord Jesus,
I stand firm in Your victory. You demonstrated the power of Your resurrection and life when You rose from the grave three days after Your Crucifixion. You defeated the grave; the power of death is helpless against Your love.
I stand firm here, rooted in Your merciful love and kindness. You are the one I have built my life upon, and I remain firm on the solid rock of Your nature and character. I refocus my vision on You , Jesus, the perfecter of my faith. I align my heart with Yours, and I depend on Your empowering grace to help me through Your Spirit.
I declare that Christ’s victory is my own. There is no sin, no shame cycle, no trauma, and no curse that can stand against the power of Your resurrection life in me. I am free indeed, and I will live my life unabashedly in Your love, Lord. In the matchless name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen
Have a blessed day
