Because of God’s great love for us, Jesus Christ came to provide us with the ultimate and amazing GRACE by His finished work on the cross at Calvary. Through His grace, we have the garment of salvation and the rode of righteousness.
The Lord took our place that we might have His peace; He took our sin that we might have His salvation. Hallelujah!
Our scripture text today from Isaiah 61:10 states;
I will rejoice greatly in the Lord, My soul will exult in my God; For He has clothed me with garments of salvation, He has covered me with a robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom puts on a turban, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
PRAY ALONG
Our dearest heavenly Father, You have clothed us in garments of salvation and the robe of righteousness. You have taken away our filthy rags of condemnation and replaced them with clean, uncontaminated clothes. You have made us new and clean again. Thank You, Father God for loving us so.
Abide with us and let Your glory manifest in our lives. In Jesus’ Mighty name I pray. Amen
