I don’t know about you. The declaration that we are children of God is an identity that not only gives me immense joy but also makes me shout halleluyah to God for His immense love toward us despite our sins.
The thought of the privilege that I belong to the Most High God in awe-inspiring.
We have more confirmation in His Word from 2 Corinthians 6:18, where God said, “And I will be a Father to you, And you will be My sons and daughters,” says the Lord Almighty.
PRAY ALONG:
Awesome God, Father, I thank You for making me Your child even though I do not deserve it. I am eternally grateful that you love me. Glory to Your Holy name. Father, help me to be more like You in every aspect of my life.
Thank You for the gift of salvation through Your son Jesus Christ. Help me to continue to experience You as my Father. In Jesus’ mighty name, I pray. Amen
