Beloved, the Bible consistently teaches that victory for believers is found through Jesus Christ, who has already overcome sin, death, and the world, and empowers believers to live in triumph through faith in Him.
This victory is not a guarantee of a life without trials, but rather the assurance of triumph over challenges and spiritual battles through the power of God working within them.
1 Corinthians 15:57-58 AMP tells usโฆ
โbut thanks be to God, who gives us the victory [as conquerors] through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brothers and sisters, be steadfast, immovable, always excelling in the work of the Lord [always doing your best and doing more than is needed], being continually aware that your labor [even to the point of exhaustion] in the Lord is not futile nor wasted [it is never without purpose].โ

1 John 5:4-5 AMP tells usโฆ
โFor everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has conquered and overcome the worldโour [continuing, persistent] faith [in Jesus the Son of God]. In the middle of our struggles, the last thing that we naturally feel is victorious. But one thing that is so special that we see in this verse is that even in our deepest struggles, we have the opportunity to get to know Him more and become more like Him.
Romans 5:3-5 AMP tells usโฆ
โAnd not only this, but [with joy] let us exult in our sufferings and rejoice in our hardships, knowing that hardship (distress, pressure, trouble) produces patient endurance; and endurance, proven character (spiritual maturity); and proven character, hope and confident assurance [of eternal salvation]. Such hope [in Godโs promises] never disappoints us, because Godโs love has been abundantly poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.โ
Philippians 4:13 AMP tells usโฆ
โI can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purposeโI am self-sufficient in Christโs sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.]โ
1 Peter 4:16 AMP tells usโฆ
โbut if anyone suffers [ill-treatment] as a Christian [because of his belief], he is not to be ashamed, but is to glorify God [because he is considered worthy to suffer] in this name.โ
