According to scripture, believers are to meditate on God’s Word, his works, and his character.
Meditation is filling our minds with divine truths, dwelling on them, and allowing them to transform our lives.
The Hebrew words for “meditate” often suggest a repeated, reflective consideration, sometimes involving muttering God’s Word to oneself, similar to the way a cow chews its cud.

God has given every one of His creations, especially us, humans specific gifts, unique to us.
1 Timothy 4:14-15 AMP tells usโฆ
โDo not neglect the spiritual gift within you, [that special endowment] which was intentionally bestowed on you [by the Holy Spirit] through prophetic utterance when the elders laid their hands on you [at your ordination]. Practice and work hard on these things; be absorbed in them [completely occupied in your ministry], so that your progress will be evident to all.โ
Psalms 119:59 AMP tells usโฆ
โI considered my ways And turned my feet to [follow and obey] Your testimonies.โ

Holy Spirit, we depend on You, to help us meditate on what matters to God, as we are transformed to who You created us to be for Your glory.
Lord Jesus, we need and depend on You to help us meditate on You.
Abide with us as we abide in You.
