๐Ÿ“’Revelation 1:3 AMP reminds usโ€ฆ

โญ•๏ธโ€œBlessed (happy, prosperous, to be admired) is he who reads and those who hear the words of the prophecy, and who keep the things which are written in it [heeding them and taking them to heart]; for the time [of fulfillment] is near.โ€

๐Ÿ“’Deuteronomy 17:18-20 AMP

โญ•๏ธโ€œโ€œNow it shall come about when he sits on the throne of his kingdom,

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพhe shall write for himself a copy of this law on a scroll in the presence of the Levitical priests.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸพAnd it shall be with him and he shall read it all the days of his life, so that he may learn to fear [and worship] the Lord his God [with awe-filled reverence and profound respect],

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพby carefully obeying (keeping foremost in his thoughts and actively doing) all the words of this law and these statutes,

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพso that his heart will not be lifted up above his countrymen [by a false sense of self-importance and self-reliance] and that he will not turn away (deviate) from the commandment, to the right or to the left, so that he and his sons may continue [to reign] for a long time in his kingdom in Israel.โ€

๐Ÿ“’Acts 17:11 AMP highlights the importance of examining the scriptures.

โญ•๏ธโ€œNow these people were more noble and open-minded than those in Thessaloniki, so they received the message [of salvation through faith in the Christ] with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see if these things were so.โ€

๐Ÿ“’Psalms 1:2 AMP encourages us to habitually delight and meditate on the Word.

โญ•๏ธโ€œBut his delight is in the law of the Lord, And on His law [His precepts and teachings] he [habitually] meditates day and night.โ€

๐Ÿ“’Psalms 112:1 AMP encourages us to delight in His commandment (Word).

โญ•๏ธโ€œPraise the Lord! (Hallelujah!) Blessed [fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God] is the man who fears the Lord [with awe-inspired reverence and worships Him with obedience], Who delights greatly in His commandments. [Read Deuteronomy 10:12 as well ]โ€

๐Ÿ“’Ezra 7:10 AMP shows us an example in Ezraโ€ฆ

โญ•๏ธโ€œFor Ezra had set his heart (resolved) to study and interpret the Law of the Lord, and to practice it and teach His statutes and ordinances in Israel.โ€

๐Ÿ“’Proverbs 29:18 AMP encourages usโ€ฆ

โญ•๏ธโ€œWhere there is no vision [no revelation of God and His word], the people are unrestrained; But happy and blessed is he who keeps the law [of God].

๐Ÿ“’Psalms 94:12 AMP

โญ•๏ธโ€œBlessed [with wisdom and prosperity] is the man whom You discipline and instruct, O Lord, And whom You teach from Your law,โ€

๐Ÿ“’2 Timothy 2:15 AMP encourages us to study the Word

โญ•๏ธโ€œStudy and do your best to present yourself to God approved, a workman [tested by trial] who has no reason to be ashamed, accurately handling and skillfully teaching the word of truth.โ€

๐Ÿ“’2 Timothy 4:2 AMP encourages us to teach the Wordโ€ฆ

โญ•๏ธโ€œPreach the word [as an official messenger]; be ready when the time is right and even when it is not [keep your sense of urgency, whether the opportunity seems favorable or unfavorable, whether convenient or inconvenient, whether welcome or unwelcome]; correct [those who err in doctrine or behavior], warn [those who sin], exhort and encourage [those who are growing toward spiritual maturity], with inexhaustible patience and [faithful] teaching.โ€

๐Ÿ“’Acts 6:4 AMP encourages us to be devoted to the ministry of the Word.

โญ•๏ธโ€œBut we will [continue to] devote ourselves [steadfastly] to prayer and to the ministry of the word.โ€โ€
