The Bible says God is both omnipresentโpresent everywhere at all timesโand has a manifest presence that is experienced by believers.
His omnipresence is a constant, sustaining force in the universe, while his manifest presence is a more relational experience of God’s glory, love, and companionship that is sought through faith and can bring joy, rest, and transformation.
Believers have access to this manifest presence through faith in Jesus Christ and the indwelling Holy Spirit.
Dwelling in God’s presence provides strength, peace, protection, joy, guidance, and spiritual transformation.
It allows believers to experience a deep sense of security,
we have our burdens lifted,
gain spiritual insights,
and grow in character,
leading to a more fulfilling spiritual life
