Beloved, prayers of praise to God are deeply connected to what we learn and know to be true about God, and itโs good to remind ourselves of the reasons why we praise God (and then, praise Him!). I encourage everyโฆ
Let us praise and worship our God with the Psalmist. I will exalt You, my God, O King, And [with gratitude and submissive wonder] I will bless Your name forever and ever. Every day I will bless You and lovinglyโฆ
Beloved, God created us to worship Him. Therefore, it behooves us to understand ways to do so. Hebrewsโฌ โญ12โฌ:โญ28โฌ โญAMPโฌโฌ encourages: โTherefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us show gratitude, and offer to God pleasingโฆ
~ SUNDAY PRAISE AND ADORATION. Pray, then, in this way: โOur Father, who is in heaven, ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ง๐๐ฆ๐. Matthewโฌ โญ6โฌ:โญ9โฌ โญAMPโฌโฌ Our adoration of God comes from our heart and expresses our love, reverence and awe to Him.โฆ
The rhetorical question is Godโs power limited? In fact, Numbersโฌ โญ11โฌ:โญ23โฌ โญAMPโฌโฌ tells us: โThe Lord said to Moses, โIs the Lordโs hand (ability, power) limited (short, inadequate)? You shall see now whether My word will come to pass forโฆ
WORSHIP IS NOT LIMITED TO CHURCH Beloved, I submit to you that glorifying the Lord is not limited to worshipping in church. In fact, praise should permeate every aspect of our life. The Psalmist joyfully declares in Psalmsโฌ โญ34โฌ:โญ1โฌ โญAMPโฌโฌโฆ
I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul makes its boast in the Lord; The humble and downtrodden will hear it and rejoice. O magnify the Lord with me, Andโฆ
