Beloved, the Bible teaches that true strength for the struggling soul comes from God, who is a refuge, a fortress, and a source of renewal through faith in Him, not from our own abilities.
Isaiah 41:10-11 AMP assures us that God strengthens and upholds the 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬. He promises…
“‘Do not fear [anything], for I am with you; Do not be afraid, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you,
be assured I will help you;
I will certainly take hold of you with My righteous right hand [a hand of justice, of power, of victory, of salvation].’
“Indeed, all those who are angry with you will be put to shame and humiliated;
Those who strive against you will be as nothing and will perish.”
In addition , Philippians 4:13 states believers can do all things through Christ’s empowering strength.
Philippians 4:13 AMP encourages us to say…
“I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—
I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.]”

God is our ONLY source of strength whenever we are struggling. Therefore, we must be laser focused on Him.
(Isaiah 41:10a)
We must embrace His power in our lives.
We trust His promises, that He will strengthen us.

(Isaiah 41:10b) encourage us to be sure the He will help us.
We must bring Him our burdens in prayer and cry out to Him.
We must call on His name as we bring our petitions to His throne of grace.
Also Psalms 46:1 AMP encourages us that…
“God is our refuge and strength [mighty and impenetrable], A very present and well-proved help in trouble.”

(Isaiah 41:10c) emphasizes His promise to take hold of us with His righteous right hand. Therefore,
We must rest in His grip
We must walk by faith in His care, not by sight.
Acts 18:9-10 AMP also provides assurance that God is with us and will not leave us when we are struggling.
“One night the Lord said to Paul in a vision, “Do not be afraid anymore, but go on speaking and do not be silent; for I am with you, and no one will attack you in order to hurt you, because I have many people in this city.””
God loves us so much that He will help us and fight for us, when we trust Him enough to hold on to Him and His promises.
