~ BY PRAYING PSALM 91
Psalm 91 is one of the most powerful chapters in the Bible that believers in Jesus Christ can meditate on especially when faced with life’s difficulties.
Praying Psalm 91
Heavenly Father,
I come to You, seeking refuge under Your mighty wings.
You are my shelter, my fortress, and my God, in whom I place all my trust.
deliver me from the traps of the enemy and protect me from harm.
Your faithfulness surrounds me like a shield, giving me strength and peace in the face of fear.
I will not fear the terrors of the night or the dangers that come by day.
Even when troubles surround me, I will stand firm, knowing that You are my defender and protector.
I pray that Your angels lift me up and shield me from every danger.
Guide my steps on the path You have set before me and keep me steady in Your care.
You are my refuge and my salvation.
In Your presence, I find safety, strength, and peace. I trust in Your promises and rest in the shadow of Your almighty care.
Father, God, come before You seeking refuge and protection, as it says in Psalm 91.
I choose to dwell in the shelter of the Most High and abide in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1
Lord, I declare that You are my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:2.
Lord, I thank You that You deliver me from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence Psalm 91:3.
You cover me with your feathers, and under your wings I find refuge; your faithfulness is a shield and buckler Psalm 91:4.
I will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday Psalm 91:5-6.
Though a thousand fall at my side, and ten thousand at my right hand, danger will not come near me Psalm 91:7.
I will only observe with my eyes and see the punishment of the wicked Psalm 91:8.
Because I have made, Lord, my dwelling place-the Most High, my refuge-no evil will befall me, no plague will come near my tent Psalm 91:9-10.
For you will command your angels concerning me to guard me in all my ways; they will lift me up in their hands, so that I will not strike my foot against a stone Psalm 91:11-12.
I will tread on the lion and the cobra; I will trample the great lion and the serpent Psalm 91:13.
Because I love You, Lord, You will rescue me; You will protect me, for I acknowledge your name Psalm 91:14.
I will call upon You, and You will answer me; You will be with me in trouble, You will deliver me and honor me Psalm 91:15.
With long life You will satisfy me and show me your salvation Psalm 91:16.
I thank you for your protection over me and my family, your provision, and your unwavering faithfulness.
I trust in you completely Lord God.
To God Yahweh be the glory forever and ever. Amen
