The Bible documented a miracle performed by Jesus Christ in Matthew 9:27-31 here
As Jesus went on from there, two blind men followed Him, shouting, “Have mercy on us, Son of David! ” When He entered the house, the blind men approached Him, and Jesus said to them, “Do you believe that I can do this? ” “Yes, Lord,” they answered Him. Then He touched their eyes, saying, “Let it be done for you according to your faith! ” And their eyes were opened. Then Jesus warned them sternly, “Be sure that no one finds out! ” But they went out and spread the news about Him throughout that whole area.”
In this
story, Jesus encountered 2 blind men who followed him. Here is how they got their miracles;
They followed Him
They asked for mercy (humility implied)
They acknowledged Jesus as Son of David
Jesus tested their faith: He asked them
“Do you believe that I can do this? ”
“Yes, Lord,” they answered Him.
They received their miracles: Then He touched their eyes, saying, “Let it be done for you according to your faith! ”
Beloved, we serve a loving Savior, who is filled with compassion, ready to deliver us, heal us and comfort us. However, we have to humbly cry out to Him for mercy, exercise our faith and BELIEVE Him that He is able to do what only He can do as He has promised.
LET US PRAY
Jesus, thank You for the sacrifice You made to save us from eternal damnation. Thank You for loving us enough to express Your faithfulness towards us when we cry out to You for mercy. Thank You for Your healing power that allow us to be healed from any ailment and brokenness. Lord, I ask that in Your mercy, You would heal those among us who are in need Your healing miracles. Help us to experience Your healing touch as put our faith in You. In Jesus matchless name I pray. Amen
