God used this Scripture in Phillipians 4: 3-9 (TPT, The Passion Translation) to speak to my heart today. It is on the subject of GOD’S PEACE THAT TRANSCENDS ALL UNDERSTANDING, and how we can attain and keep it. I am led to share it here.
To find Divine peace:
* Don’t be pulled in different directions or worried about anything.
* Be saturated in prayer throughout each day, offering your faith-filled requests before God with overflowing gratitude.
* Tell him every detail of your life, then God’s wonderful peace that transcends human understanding, will guard your heart and mind through Jesus Christ.
To keep your peace:
* Keep your thoughts continually fixed on all that are authentic and real, honorable and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and holy, merciful, and kind.
* And fasten your thoughts on every glorious work of God, praising him always.
* Put into practice the example of all that you have heard from me or seen in my life, and the God of peace will be with you in all things. Philippians 4:6-9 TPT (The Passion Translation)
LET US PRAY:
Gracious Father, thank You for Your divine peace that is beyond human comprehension. I marvel at such peace despite all that is happening around us and even when the enemy attacks are fierce. Lord, I personally give You praise and adoration for Your divine peace, that ONLY You can give. I pray for Your divine peace for everyone in this group. Let them experience You as the ultimate giver of peace that is beyond human comprehension. In Jesus’mighty name, I pray. Amen
