Psalm 9:10 tells us “those who know Your name [who have experienced Your precious mercy] will put their confident trust in You, For You, O Lord, have not abandoned those who seek You”
Jeremiah 29:13–14) says and you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the Lord.
Proverbs 8:17 (NIV) expresses God’s heart about those who love Him…”I love those who love Me, and those who seek Me find Me.”
Psalms 27:8 AMP God said, “Seek My face [in prayer, require My presence as your greatest need],” my heart said to You, “Your face, O Lord, I will seek [on the authority of Your word].”
In a nutshell, these scriptures confirms God’s heart toward those who seek Him. In seeking Him we find His presence.
I submit to you that God’s presence is the greatest need for humanity. In His presence is the ultimate security and there’s goodness of joy and providence.
In His presence, the Lord also will be a refuge and a stronghold for the oppressed, A refuge in times of trouble.
LET US PRAY
Father, thank You for letting us find You when we seek You. In finding You, we enjoy the power of Your presence. Lord, Your presence is our greatest need. Thank You that You will abandon us as we seek You. Give each and everyone of us the desires to seek You so we can find You. Strengthen our relationship with You as You draw us closer to You. Abide with us throughout this day. In Jesus marchless name I pray. Amen
