~ GOD IS OMNIPRESENT, HE IS PRESENT EVERYWHERE.
Beloved, I submit to you that one of the benefits of being a believer in Christ, is that I have personally enjoyed God’s constant presence with me. I honestly will be lost and unable to function without God’s presence with me. I can honestly say that I ENJOY HIM! Therefore,I give Him glory for making Himself available to me at all times.
God has also made Himself available to each and everyone of us, who has surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ.
He made it clear that His presence is always with us in Psalm 139. He declares that he formed and knew us even when we were in our mother’s womb,
Psalms 139:7-10 AMP says:
“Where can I go from Your Spirit?
Or where can I flee from Your presence?
If I ascend to heaven, You are there;
If I make my bed in Sheol (the nether world, the place of the dead), behold, You are there.
If I take the wings of the dawn, If I dwell in the remotest part of the sea, Even there Your hand will lead me, And Your right hand will take hold of me.”
The Bible makes it clear that God is everywhere. Yet even though God is omnipresent, he is distinct from the world he has made, existing apart from it.
What’s more, Scripture tells us that God is present in a special way with his people.
Let us briefly trace the story of God’s presence from its beginning, when Adam and Eve had unfettered access to God, walking with him in the Garden of Eden. At first there was nothing separating them from him. But it wasn’t long until the two were expelled from his presence, separated by their disobedience.
Genesis 3:23 AMP tells us “therefore the Lord God sent Adam away from the Garden of Eden, to till and cultivate the ground from which he was taken.”
Yet God refused to abandon them. Instead He set a plan in motion to reach out to a people He had formed, teaching them what it means to live in the presence of a holy God.
Later, as God was rescuing His people from the power of Pharaoh, He manifested His presence in a “pillar of cloud” and a “pillar of fire” which led them through the wilderness.
Exodus 13:21-22 AMP “The [presence of the] Lord was going before them by day in a pillar (column) of cloud to lead them along the way, and in a pillar of fire by night to give them light, so that they could travel by day and by night. He did not withdraw the pillar of cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, from going before the people.”
Then God manifested his presence in the Tabernacle, which means “tent,” “place of dwelling” or “sanctuary.” The Bible also refers to it as the “tent of meeting” —a sacred place in which God would meet with representatives of his people. (Exodus 33:7).
The Bible made it clear that the Word became flesh and tabernacled among us.
John 1:14 AMP tells us “And the Word (Christ) became flesh, and lived among us; and we [actually] saw His glory, glory as belongs to the [One and] only begotten Son of the Father, [the Son who is truly unique, the only One of His kind, who is] full of grace and truth (absolutely free of deception).”
The New Testament also speaks of Jesus making his home in the hearts of his people through faith (Ephesians 3:17) and of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit (2 Timothy 1:14),
God’s omnipresent nature means that He is always with us, regardless of our location on this side of heaven.
We experience His presence when we believe His promises that He is with us even until the end of the ages.
In Matthew 28:20 AMP “Jesus. teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you; and said, I am with you always [remaining with you perpetually—regardless of circumstance, and on every occasion], even to the end of the age.””

NOW LET US PRAY
