Beloved, it is God’s will and desire for every believer in Christ to have a faith that can move mountains.
The Word of God is very clear about what it takes to have such faith.
Faith that moves mountains is the belief that God is all-powerful and can accomplish anything, including what seems impossible to humans.
It is based on God’s character and promises in the Bible, and it involves:
Reading and meditating on the Bible
Spending time in the Bible and allowing God to speak to us through it as empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Trusting God Having faith in God’s promises and believing that nothing is impossible with God.
Avoiding doubt
Not allowing doubt to enter your heart and believing that God will grant your requests in His time and in His way.
Mark 11:22-24 AMP tells us:
“Jesus replied, “Have faith in God [constantly], I assure you and most solemnly say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea!’ and does not doubt in his heart [in God’s unlimited power], but believes that what he says is going to take place, it will be done for him [in accordance with God’s will].
For this reason I am telling you, whatever things you ask for in prayer [in accordance with God’s will], believe [with confident trust] that you have received them, and they will be given to you.”
The phrase “faith that moves mountains” comes from a Bible verse in Matthew 17:20, where Jesus says, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move”.
When a suffering woman sought healing by simply touching the hem of His garment, Jesus turned and said, “But Jesus turning and seeing her said, “Take courage, daughter; your [personal trust and confident] faith [in Me] has made you well.” And at once, the woman was [completely] healed.” – Matthew 9:22 AMP
We, too, can be made whole when we place our faith completely and unwaveringly in the person of Jesus Christ.
Concentration-camp survivor Corrie ten Boom relied on faith during her ten months of imprisonment and torture. Later, despite the fact that four of her family members had died in Nazi death camps, Corrie’s faith was unshaken. She wrote, “There is no pit so deep that God’s love is not deeper still.””
Brothers and sisters’ genuine faith in God means faith in all circumstances, happy or sad. joyful or tragic.
If your faith is being tested to the point of breaking, know that Your Savior is near. If you reach out to Him in faith, He will give you peace and heal your broken spirit. Be content to touch even the smallest fragment of the Master’s garment, and He will make you whole.

NOW LET US PRAY
