Beloved. fear is a SPIRIT that does not come from God. It is a weapon of the enemy to paralyze you.
We are reminded in 2 Timothy 1:7 AMPโฆ
โFor God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control].โ
WHAT IS THE SPIRIT OF FEAR?
Fear is a SPIRIT that does not come from God. It is a weapon of the hands of the enemy to paralyze you.
*F.E.A.R = False Evidence Appearing Real.* 90% of what we fear never happens.
The Bible says in Job 3:25 “What I feared has come upon me.” Fear can attract what you fear if you don’t stop it.
HERE ARE SOME BIBLICAL WAYS TO OVERCOME FEAR
KNOW THAT GOD IS WITH YOU:
Isaiah 41:10 – “Fear not, for I am with you.” You are never alone. God is your Father and Pilot.
FILL YOUR MIND WITH THE WORD:
Romans 10:17 – Faith comes by hearing the Word. Fear grows when you listen to bad news more than God’s Word. Replace fearful thoughts with scriptures.
SPEAK FAITH DAILY
Proverbs 18:21 – Life and death are in your tongue. Stop saying “I am afraid.” Start saying “I am bold and protected.”
REMEMBER PAST VICTORIES:
David remembered how God helped him kill lion and bear, so he faced Goliath. 1 Samuel 17:37. Write down what God has done for you.
LOVE DEEPLY – LOVE CASTS OUT FEAR
1 John 4:18 – When you walk in love for God and people, fear has no place to stay.
TAKE ACTION EVEN WHEN AFRAID
Joshua 1:9 – “Be strong and courageous.” Courage is doing it afraid. Start that business, apply for that job, preach.
PRAY UNTIL FEAR LEAVES
Philippians 4:6-7 – Prayer brings peace that guards your heart. The peace that transcends all understanding.

Prayers of Surrender & Presence:
Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank You because You are always with me, You will never leave me nor forsake me.
Lord Jesus, fill my heart with Your presence. Let Your perfect peace flood my heart right now.
Holy Spirit, take over my mind and thoughts. Remove every anxious thought from me.
Prayers of Renunciation – Rejecting Fear:
In the name of Jesus, I reject and renounce the spirit of fear. You have no place in my life, my family, my business.
Every spirit of fear of death, fear of failure, fear of tomorrow, fear of poverty, fear of people – I command you to leave my life now in Jesus name!
I break every covenant I have made with fear through my negative words. I cancel it by the blood of Jesus.
Prayers of Declaration – Claiming Power, Love, Sound Mind:
Father, release upon me the Spirit of POWER, LOVE and SOUND MIND according to Your Word in 2 Timothy 1:7.
I receive boldness now!
I declare, I shall live and not die to declare the works of the Lord. Psalm 118:17. There shall be no premature death in my family.
I declare, God is my light and salvation, whom shall I fear?
Psalm 27:1. The Lord is the strength of my life.
No weapon formed against me shall prosper. Isaiah 54:17.
I am protected under the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:1
Prayers for Peace and Future:
Lord, at the end of this day, grant me good rest and sound sleep. I will lie down in peace and sleep, for You alone make me dwell in safety. Psalm 4:8.
Father, concerning my future, my children, my marriage, my finances – I put them in Your hands. You have good plans for me – plans to prosper me and give me a future. Jeremiah 29:11
Holy Spirit, baptize me afresh with boldness and courage like Peter and John in Acts 4:13.
Lord, make me fearless for the Gospel.
Make these Declarations over yourself:
– I am not afraid. God is with me.
– I have power, love and a sound mind.
– God has not given me fear, so I refuse it.
– Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.
– I will be strong and courageous, God will help me succeed.
Father, we thank You for victory over fear.
As we go, let Your power, love and sound mind go with us. we walk in boldness.
Lord, abide with us at all times in our going and coming.
