Beloved, I submit to you that a true encounter with God is never casual, it is transformative.
When we truly know God —not just know about Him—something within us begins to shift.
The power of His presence…
reshapes hearts,
renews minds,
and redirects lives.
Old desires lose their grip.
New hunger is awakened.
What once felt normal no longer satisfies.
God’s holiness exposes what needs healing in us.
His love challenges what we need to surrender to Him.
His truth confronts what needs correction in us.
We are not going to become perfect at least on this side of heaven, but we will not stay the same.
Knowing God changes;
how we think,
how we speak,
how we love,
and how we live.
It changes…
what we tolerate,
what we pursue,
and what we trust.
If nothing is changing in us, the question worth asking is not whether God is powerful, but whether we are truly drawing near to Him.
The influence of God in our life when we truly know Him is similar to when light enters a dark room, darkness cannot remain.
Everything in us is transformed.
2 Corinthians 5:17 AMP tells us…
“Therefore if anyone is in Christ [that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior], he is a new creature [reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit]; the old things [the previous moral and spiritual condition] have passed away. Behold, new things have come [because spiritual awakening brings a new life].”

NOW LET US PRAY
Merciful God, thank You for yet another day of life.
Thank You Father for loving us so much.
Thank You for the transformative power of Your love toward us, when we surrender our all to You.
Holy Spirit, help us to be patient in the process of transforming us into Your likeness.
Lord Jesus, abide with us at all times, help us to abide in You.
In the mighty and Holy name of Jesus Christ, I pray
Have a blessed day ![]()
