πŸ‘‰πŸΎWe should make prayer a consistent habit in our Christian walk.

πŸ‘‰πŸΎWe should use Scripture to guide your prayers.

πŸ‘‰πŸΎWe should seek the Holy Spirit’s help, and maintain a humble and honest heart.

πŸ‘‰πŸΎWe should set aside dedicated time in our day to pray.

πŸ‘‰πŸΎWe should set aside specific place for prayer.

πŸ‘‰πŸΎWe should pray with persistence and proper motives, confess our sins, pray for one another, and express gratitude in our requests.

πŸ“’In Luke 18:1-8, we read about a widow who persistently petitioned a judge for relief.

β­•οΈβ€œThen the Lord said, β€œListen to what the unjust judge says!

πŸ‘‰πŸΎAnd will not [our just] God defend and avenge His elect [His chosen ones] who cry out to Him day and night? Will He delay [in providing justice] on their behalf?

πŸ‘‰πŸΎI tell you that He will defend and avenge them quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find [this kind of persistent] faith on the earth?” – Luke 18:6-8 AMP

🌺We should make it a practice to pray with scriptures.

🌺Personally, I identify scripture that align with specific prayer, and use scriptures as prayer starters.

🌺Prayer is our weapon in overcoming temptation. We should make it our habit to pray and ask God for help as soon as we recognize that we are being tempted.

🌺We should make it a habit to invite the Holy Spirit before starting to pray.

🌺The Holy Spirit is a helper who intercedes for us, especially when we don’t know what to pray.

πŸ‘‰πŸΎAsk for the Spirit’s help, as God knows how one ought to pray.

β­•οΈβ€œWith all prayer and petition pray [with specific requests] at all times [on every occasion and in every season] in the Spirit, and with this in view, stay alert with all perseverance and petition [interceding in prayer] for all God’s people.”
