Beloved, scripture teaches that God actively pursues humanity with steadfast love.
The Bible says God actively pursues people out of His love, as seen in the parable of the lost sheep and the prodigal son (Luke 15: 20).
God pursues individuals through His kindness, the work of the Holy Spirit, and by sending Jesus to save us.
This pursuit continues throughout a person’s life, even when they are disobedient or lost, with the ultimate goal of bringing them into relationship with Him.
Yes! God wants to have a relationship with us (every single person He created)
God’s ultimate act of pursuit was sending His only Son, Jesus Christ to die for us, revealing His profound love and desire to bring us into relationship.
John 3:16 AMP tells usβ¦
βFor God so [greatly] loved and dearly prized the world, that He [even] gave His [One and] only begotten Son, so that whoever believes and trusts in Him [as Savior] shall not perish, but have eternal life.β

Ezekiel 34:11-16 AMP tells usβ¦
βFor thus says the Lord God,
βBehold, I Myself will search for My flock and seek them out.
As a shepherd cares for his sheep on the day that he is among his scattered flock, so I will care for My sheep;
and I will rescue them from all the places to which they were scattered on a cloudy and gloomy day.
I will bring them out from the nations and gather them from the countries and bring them to their own land; and I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, by the streams, and in all the inhabited places of the land.
I will feed them in a good pasture, and their grazing ground will be on the mountain heights of Israel.
There they will lie down on good grazing ground and feed in rich pasture on the mountains of Israel.
I will feed My flock and I will let them lie down [to rest],β says the Lord God.
βI will seek the lost, bring back the scattered, bandage the crippled, and strengthen the weak and the sick;
but I will destroy the fat and the strong [who have become hard-hearted and perverse]. I will feed them with judgment and punishment. [Luke 19:10]β
Whether we’re helpless victims of circumstances or struggling with the consequences of our own sin, God pursues us in love.
In His mercy and grace, He draws us back to Him.
If you’ve forgotten God, turn back to Him. Then, as He leads, continue to walk with Him each day.

The blessings of a relationship with God our creator is always available to us. He stands ready for us. If we make the effort to seek Him, we will find Him.
Jeremiah 29:12-14 AMP
βThen you will call on Me and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear [your voice] and I will listen to you.
Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.
I will be found by you,β says the Lord, βand
I will restore your fortunes and I will [free you and] gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you,β says the Lord, βand
I will bring you back to the place from where I sent you into exile.ββ

Hebrews 11:6 AMP tells usβ¦
It behooves us to seek God and have a relationship with Him in response to His unfailing love for us.
βBut without faith it is impossible to [walk with God and] please Him, for whoever comes [near] to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He rewards those who [earnestly and diligently] seek Him.β

Most loving God, thank You for always loving us despite our struggles and doubts.
Father, teach us to trust in Your love every day of our lives.
Thank You, Lord Jesus for Your sacrifice to save us from eternal separation from our creator.
Holy Spirit, give us the desire to seek God so we can find Him and have a relationship with Him.
Abide with us at all times Lord Jesus.
In Jesus Christβs most loving name, I pray. Amen
Have a blessed day
