Please find time to read Genesis 22 to understand Abraham’s total abandonment to worshipping God.
In the text, you will find that
Abraham knew his God.
Abraham feared God, he revered Him.
Abraham believed God…he trusted Him. He knew that God will do what He promised to do.
Abraham obeyed God without arguing with Him.
Abraham surrendered all his all to God.
In all these Abraham was mentioned in the hallmark of faith in Hebrews 11:8-11.
God blessed Abraham to be the father of many nations.
I pray that God will give us the grace to worship Him as Abraham did. Oh! to enjoy a relationship with you, God, just like Abraham. In Jesus mighty name I pray. Amen
